Mad (d) in Bergö never leave your information to outsiders, but uses them only to maintain contact to our customers.

Like most other webshops using Mad (d) in Bergö online store called cookies. A cookie can be described as a small text file containing information that is stored on your computer. Terms and conditions

Our online store is open 24/7 for anyone 18 years of age. The contract comes into force when you have received an order confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation within an hour after you complete your order, please contact our customer service. It might also be worth checking through the spam folder in case your email program filters the messages sent from our online store.

We mainly sell to customers in Finland, but can also deliver orders within the EU. If you want us to send an order to an address outside of Finland, we ask that you first contact our customer service for more detailed information on current delivery charges and terms.

You can safely shop with us and choose to pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery or by cash.

Pay to bankaccount
You can pay for your order with a traditional bank. Then you get payment details in your order confirmation after which you can conveniently make payments from your own account. We post your order when the payment appears in our account (payment from the same banking group (Finnish bank OP / Andelsbanken) visible immediately, while it takes 1-3 days for payment from another bank to reach our account). If you want to cancel or change a bank transfer order before you have had time to transfer the money, please contact our customer service.

Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order by cash on delivery. Then you download the package at the post office and pay for the order there. For cash on delivery orders will record cash on delivery surcharge of 3,90 Euro.

Paid in cash
Orders that are picked up from the shop paid in cash.

We deliver the products by mail, unless we have agreed otherwise, and post the order within 1-2 days from our receipt of the payment, or (bank transfer, cash on delivery), provided that we have all products in stock. During major campaigns and face greater celebration feasts delivery time can be slightly longer. If delivery is expected to last longer or product has been sold out, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping prices in Finland is € 6.90. If you received your order in our store are of course no shipping costs.

We think about the environment and recycle packaging materials, therefore, as far as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order, or part thereof, by phone or email right up until we have sent the products. Contact our customer service to agree on the details.

You may return unused products within 14 days after you received them. If you do not announce that you wish to return any product within 14 days after you received the products, you are deemed to have accepted the order. Packing list or a copy of it should always be enclosed with the return. Please contact our customer service department for instructions on how to return the products. We do not accept returns sent by mail.

Note Mad (d) in Bergö returns no money for contaminated products or products damaged during the return. We does not return any money on products returned after the right of return has expired.

We are confident you will be satisfied with the products you bought from us. If you still wish to make a complaint regarding any product, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service. If the goods are damaged during delivery, you must make your complaint directly to the post office. Then contact us to agree a new delivery.
